Amplified Ink is a branded apparel, print, and creative services company based in Port Orange, Florida. We operate through our website at amplifiedink.co and serve clients throughout Volusia County and Central Florida.
We offer custom printed and embroidered apparel, print materials, promotional products, graphic design, and related creative services. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. All custom orders are made to order and produced only after artwork approval.
By submitting artwork, logos, or other creative files, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use the submitted materials. You grant Amplified Ink a non-exclusive license to reproduce your submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Amplified Ink is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.
All online orders are processed through our secure checkout via Stripe. For service-based quotes, payment terms will be outlined in your project quote. Orders are not final until payment is received and artwork has been approved. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Production timelines begin after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Standard production runs 7–14 business days depending on the product type and quantity. Rush production is available for an additional fee. Amplified Ink is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
All custom orders are final sale once artwork has been approved and production has begun. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on defective item claims and cancellations.
Amplified Ink's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Color variations between screen displays and printed products are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Volusia County, Florida.
